Duration: 3.5 Hours (10am to 1:30pm)
Cost: £35 per rider
This half day course is ideal for newcomers to the world of Mountain Biking and will provide the training for the crucial core techniques involved in Off-Road riding. The coaching is conducted on carefully selected terrain on Cannock Chase before moving onto some of the famous "Follow The Dog" trails. After completion, the participants will have developed a basic understanding of Mountain Biking giving them the confidence to improve on their new skills at their own leisure.
No previous Off-Road experience is required and participants should be of a fitness level to spend a few hours out in the saddle.

This full-day course is aimed at riders who are either fairly new to Mountain Biking and have already "given it a go" or those wanting to enhance their basic riding technique. This course is a merge of our old "Technique and Skills" and "Advanced Trail Riding" which provides riders with all of the various aspects of Mountain Bike riding. This course uses carefully selected terrain and includes riding on the famous "Follow the Dog" and "Monkey Trail" at Cannock Chase. After completion, participants will have gained the techniques to ride tackle red and some black graded trails along with difficult "Wild" terrain such as the Peak District.
It is strongly advised that participants have experienced some aspects of Off-Road riding before attending and be able to spend a full day out in the saddle.

Experience has told us that learning as part of a larger group is far more productive. In a group you get to monitor the rest of the group and learn from their actions. However, we appreciate that some people would prefer a private session, therefore we offer 1-2-1 Training that can cover any of the above courses, or tailored to meet your requirements. This is perfect for those wanting to concentrate more on a particular technique of their riding.
We can only accept 1-2-1 bookings for weekends. Please Contact Us for further information and available dates.
